We guarantee our animals to arrive alive, healthy and to your satisfaction, and for 24 hours after arrival. We must be notified of any issues at the time of arrival. If the package is not signed for on the first delivery attempt, or your temperature at the time of arrival is above 90 or below 35 degrees, animals are not guaranteed for any reason. We do not cover replacement shipping for any reason, and there are no cash refunds of any kind. Replacements or store credit only. Any turtle or tortoise under 4" is for scientific / educational purposes only. We ship animals UPS overnight to your location. Although you can request the sex of animals, if they are not available, the other sex will be sent unless you specify otherwise. You are responsible for knowing your state and local laws regarding animals you purchase and sell. Although we attempt to fill every order completely, we will not notify you of shortages upon your order's completion. Heat packs and cold packs will be added at our discretion at $2.00 per pack, depending on the size of your box and where it is going.
All dry good shipments will be shipped UPS ground in most cases (Alaska, Hawaii & international orders are shipped USPS). Need it fast? Next Day or Second Day Air are available for an additional charge (you must e-mail us for these options supremeexitics2020@gmail.com)
MANY larger orders will require additional shipping charges, either for heavy items, large orders or orders that require freight. Glass terrariums, sand and wood products are just a few examples of items that will add extra shipping. We will notify you PRIOR to us charging or shipping your order so you are aware of the final shipping fees.
Returns on Dry Goods are issued by request up to 10 days after purchase. Shipping & handling is not refundable for any reason. Used items may not be returned. If something is not functioning properly, call us, we have all of our manufacturer's phone numbers for you. CD Roms and Books are not returnable for any reason at all. Prices are subject to change without notification. Any typos or price errors are subject to correction without filling the order.
